Malcolm Dow is the Assistant Principal and Sustainability Coordinator at Armadale Primary School. He has overseen the school’s journey to becoming a ResourceSmart 5Star School and has developed many student-led sustainability programs.

Emma Balkin is the Sustainability Coordinator at Geelong High School. Geelong High School undertook a student assisted energy audit earlier this year and has been implementing recommendations of the audit within the school.

Ian Culbard is the Energy Education Coordinator at CERES Community Environment Park. Ian is an expert energy educator and has worked with schools, community, TAFE and adult groups.

Mark Smith is an experienced energy auditor from Planet Savers. He has helped hundreds of Victorian schools to conduct energy audits and create sustainability management plans to reduce their usage.

Kirsty Costa is the Professional Development Manager at Cool Australia and has helped hundreds of schools integrate sustainability into their curriculum, daily operations and community. She was also awarded the 2013 Victorian Environmental and Sustainability Educator of the Year.
