In this course, you will experience a framework that will drive your students’ desire to participate in science lessons. You will build your confidence and skills by learning:
- How to teach the Science Inquiry Skills strand of the curriculum.
- How to involve your students in interesting science investigations.
- How other teachers use science inquiry in their classroom.
- How to download science lesson plans and worksheets for the year level/s you teach.

Chris Vella from Cool Australia is your course teacher. He has worked in the education sector for over 10 years as a classroom teacher and educational consultant. He has also worked at Western Sydney University. Chris loves getting creative with education and supporting others to do the same.
Belinda Moran helped to create this course and also features in its videos. Belinda has worked for 25 years in the primary education sector as a classroom teacher, principal, assistant principal and curriculum coordinator. Her passion lies in science and technology and she is currently teaching Foundation to Year 6 students as a specialist teacher. She can’t wait to share her stories and her love of science and technology with you.
