This course will help you teach primary students how to use mindfulness as a tool for learning and a way to care for wellbeing. You will read the latest research and participate in mindfulness activities that build your confidence and skills.
You’ll learn:

- How to use mindfulness as a learning tool.

In her role as a Learning Facilitator at the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, Carolyn specialises in the development and facilitation of Health and Well Being in Nature programs. She is a qualified and experienced yoga and meditation teacher and is passionate about making mindfulness and nature accessible for all.
